SAJU KOREA PRIVACY POLICY

1. Who We Are

Saju Korea is provided by Morpheus Co. (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This policy explains how the Saju Korea mobile application handles information.

2. Information We Process

Information you provide:

• Date and time of birth, whether the birth time is unknown, gender selection, birth country, and lunar/solar calendar selection.

• Saju Korea does not require your real name, email address, phone number, or a registered account to use its core features.

Information generated or processed when you use the service:

• A random application user identifier used to associate your analysis and daily results without requiring an account.

• App language, birth time zone, device-local time zone, request date, and the information needed to generate Saju analysis, daily fortune, and Today’s Reflection.

• Technical request and security data that may be processed by our hosting infrastructure, such as IP address, request time, device or operating-system information, and error logs.

• Advertising-related identifiers and interaction data that Google Mobile Ads may process, subject to your region, device settings, and consent choices.

3. Information Stored Only on Your Device

The saved-profile list, profile labels, active-profile selection, reflection journal entries, notification time and enabled state, language preference, and related app preferences are stored locally on your device. The saved-profile feature is not a cloud account and is not synchronized between devices.

Birth information for an activated profile may also be sent to and stored on our server as described below so that analysis and cached results can be provided. Therefore, deleting a saved profile from the device removes the local profile list entry and local records, but does not by itself guarantee immediate deletion of server-side records.

4. How We Use Information

We use information to:

• Calculate and present Saju-based cultural interpretation.

• Generate and cache Saju analysis, daily fortune, and Today’s Reflection.

• Keep daily content stable during the same day and reduce repeated AI requests, waiting time, and operating cost.

• Provide local daily reminders when you choose to enable notifications.

• Check whether a newer publicly released app version is available.

• Display, measure, and manage advertising in accordance with applicable consent choices.

• Maintain security, diagnose errors, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.

Saju Korea’s content is intended for cultural reflection and general entertainment. It is not medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice.

5. Storage, Caching, and Retention

User input and a random user identifier are stored in Google Cloud Firestore. Generated analysis and daily-result documents are cached to improve consistency and efficiency. The current service configuration assigns expiration periods to generated caches; operational records may be retained longer where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or service integrity.

Local information remains on your device until you delete it in the app, clear app data, or uninstall the app, subject to your operating system’s backup behavior.

6. Service Providers and International Processing

We use service providers that may process information in countries other than your own:

• Google Cloud Platform / Firestore — application hosting, database, caching, logging, and security.

• OpenAI — processing prompts needed to generate or translate personalized analysis, fortune, and reflection content. We send only information reasonably needed for those functions.

• Google AdMob and Google User Messaging Platform — advertising, measurement, fraud prevention, and privacy-consent management.

• Apple App Store and Google Play — app distribution, update availability, and platform services.

7. Advertising and Your Choices

The app uses Google Mobile Ads. Depending on your location and consent, ads may be personalized or non-personalized. In regions where required, a consent message is shown before advertising data is requested. You may review or change available advertising privacy choices through “Privacy options” in the app settings when that entry is required.

Saju Korea does not directly sell your birth information or reflection journal entries. Advertising providers may process device and usage information as described in their policies and according to applicable law.

8. Notifications and Permissions

Daily reflection reminders are scheduled locally on your device and are optional. Notification timing and enabled state are stored locally. The reminder itself does not require us to send your daily reflection content from a server. You can disable notifications in the app or device settings.

The app may request permission to save or share result images only when you use the relevant feature. Permission behavior depends on your operating system.

9. Data Access, Correction, and Deletion

You may edit birth information in the app. You may delete an individual saved profile or all saved profiles and local reflection records using the app’s profile-management functions.

Because the app does not require a login and uses random identifiers, verifying and locating a particular server-side record may require the application identifier stored on your device. For questions or requests concerning server-side information, please contact Morpheus Co. through the developer contact channel shown on the Saju Korea App Store or Google Play listing, or through the company website above. We may retain information where required by law or where reasonably necessary for security and service integrity.

10. Children’s Privacy

Saju Korea is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, please contact us through the channels above.

11. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including managed cloud services and access controls. No Internet transmission or electronic storage method is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy when the app, providers, or legal requirements change. We will post the revised policy on this page and update the “Last updated” date.
